Legal Agreement

If you accept, we instruct solicitors to draft a 12 to 18 month option agreement. We cover all legal costs.

Planning Application

Within 4 months of signing, we submit the application and handle everything on your behalf.

STEP 7

Marketing and Sale

While planning is in progress, we connect with our network of developers and other interested parties to secure a buyer for your land.

STEP 8

Final Sale and Payment

Once planning is approved, the land is sold, and your funds are transferred.
